Custom Amino Acid Formulas

Amino acids are essential nutrients for life, the building blocks of protein. We get the majority of our nutrients from our food. Unfortunately, poor diet, gastrointestinal upset or diseases, and medications such as acid blockers and reducers, prevent optimal digestion and absorption of amino acids. Therefore, many people have large nutrient deficiencies. Amino acids are extremely important in the creation of hormones, neurotransmitters, and have a direct effect on our blood vessels, organs, muscles, and immune system. Supplementing with certain aminos can greatly improve your health.

What is a Custom Amino Acid Formula?

By addressing your patient’s specific amino acid requirements, we are able to assist you in achieving maximum results based on test recommendations. Each free-form amino acid supplement is individually blended in powder form for optimal absorption. We start with 300 grams (the maximum grams allowed) of our base proprietary blend of essential amino acids; as recommended nutrients are added, the base amount will be reduced. The end product is a 30 day supply of customized amino acids specifically designed for each patient. Our formulas are always allergen-free and only contain the purest free-form amino acids available. All our amino acids come from non-Chinese sources.

We offer Lemon-Lime or Orange flavoring for an additional charge. Our flavoring is sweetened with Stevia and Glycine, and contains corn starch.

What is a Compound Amino Acid Formula?

Compounded amino acids are customized formulas that do not use our base proprietary blend. These are blended from scratch using only the amounts requested by the doctor. This allows  better control of nutrients and a completely individualized product. Please contact us for available nutrients to create a compound amino acid formula.

• Step 2: Download the amino acid order form and submit to our office along with the supplement recommendation summary and/or accession number.
